Pack 25 Activities
Activities
Cub Scouting is hands-on. Pack 25 activities help scouts try new skills, spend time outdoors, serve the community, and celebrate progress together.
School Year
Pack Meetings
Regular gatherings where dens come together for activities, recognition, and shared pack fun. Our pack typically meets on the first and third Sundays of each month at 6:00 PM in the St. Edwards School gym. Meeting dates sometimes change due to conflicts with holidays and scheduled pack activities.
Fall and Spring
Family Camping
Family-friendly outdoor overnights that help scouts build confidence and outdoor skills. We have a fall cabin campout at the local Ingawanis Adventure Scout Base in Waverly, Iowa as well as a spring tent campout at local stateparks.
Year-Round
Fundraising
Ongoing can and pop bottle drop-off collections, plus the annual Scout popcorn sale, help fund pack campouts, activities, and gear.
Early Spring
Pinewood Derby
A favorite Cub Scout tradition where scouts design, build, and race small wooden cars on a gravity-powered track.
Late Spring
Blue & Gold Banquet / Crossover
A Cub Scout celebration that recognizes the pack community and the progress scouts have made. During this event scouts will crossover to their next den level
